Dr Carsten Brosda
Dr. Carsten Brosda is the Minister of Culture and Media for the City of Hamburg. Prior to his time in Hamburg, Brosda was head of the communications department of the SPD party (Social Democrat Party) executive committee in Berlin and deputy head of the management and planning staff in the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
Dr. Carsten Brosda studied journalism and political science at the University of Dortmund, completed a traineeship at the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung and earned his PhD on the subject of "Discoursive Journalism".
