Solving digitalisation with transparency and diversity
Audrey Tang is actually a hacker and at 35 years of age she became the youngest minister of Taiwan. Her ministry is responsible for the digitization of the 24 million inhabitant country. What is special about it? She is pursuing a radically new approach to solve problems. Therefore she uses approaches from game theory and design thinking.
Instead of solving problems alone as an elected representative of the people, she uses digital tools to involve everyone in the decision-making process. The process not only solves problems with an open innovation approach, but continues to ensure maximum transparency and the development of solutions that really make a difference.
Audrey will tell us in her presentation how this works exactly and what hurdles there are to overcome.
